We want you to love your purchased jewellery, but understand that not all styles work out. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. The jewellery must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging (including jewelry box and any included pouches). A valid order number or receipt is required.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Earrings (unless defective or damaged upon arrival).
- Custom or personalized items.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow these steps:
Contact Us
Email us at saeracollective@gmail.com or via Whatsapp at +673 829 7227 with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and clear photos (if applicable). We will review your request and provide further instructions.
Return the Item
Once your request is approved, we will have a runner collect the item back to us within 1-2 days. Return delivery fees are to be covered by the customer.
Processing Your Return/Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.
Refunds: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 1-2 business days.
Exchanges: If exchanging, we will send the new item once your return is approved. Delivery fees for the new item may apply.
Defective or Incorrect Items
We carefully inspect all items before delivery, but if you receive a defective or incorrect product, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will arrange for a free replacement or refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
We will only refund the cost of your item via Bank Transfer (BIBD). If you haven’t received your refund yet:
Check your bank account.
Contact your bank or credit card provider (it may take some time for the refund to reflect).
Changes & Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase. However, if you do need to make changes such as address updates , please contact us as soon as possible.
We reserve the right to deny returns or exchanges if items do not meet our policy requirements. Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
If an item is returned in poor condition or outside the return window, it may be sent back to the customer without a refund.
